You get access to the calendar 1 week before non-members. Your slot is always protected.

Membership Terms
We keep it simple and fair. Here is everything you need to know before joining.
You are billed on the same date each month. Annual plans are billed once upfront at a 15% discount.
No contracts. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing date. No cancellation fees.
Going on vacation or need a break? Pause your membership for up to 1 month per year at no charge.
Essential has no rollover. VIP gets 50% credit. Luxury gets 100% rollover so services never expire.
Members get priority rebooking. If you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required or the session is forfeited for that month.
VIP and Luxury members can gift one appointment per quarter to a friend or family member at the member rate.
